Second Sunday Green Swap and Used Eyeglasses Collection! Sunday October 9th.
Autumn is here! As you pull out seasonal items around the house perhaps you are noticing items you no longer want. Or perhaps you could use certain items as we head into the holiday time of year! Bring your gently used things to share to the Green Swap Sunday October 11th!
We will also continue to collect your old eyeglasses for donation too!
Unfortunately we are no longer able to recycle styrofoam. If you live in Martinez you can bring styrofoam to a community recycle collection day that is held periodically. I will keep you posted when the next one is scheduled. What is even better than recycling is to limit what we buy to begin with so continue to be good, mindful consumers!
