Sunday School Program The Children and Youth Ministries Committee would like to thank the volunteers who have stepped forward and offered their help in this transition period. Because of them we are able to offer a Sunday School program for the children of this church:
- First Sunday of the month…………children in worship
- Second Sunday of the month…….Godly Play
- Third Sunday of the month………..Music Activities
- Fourth Sunday of the month………Godly Play
- Fifth Sunday in March……………… Craft Activities
It is empowering for children to know that many in the church care for them and want to be with them as they grow in their relationship to God. If you would like to join us in being in relationship with our children, please contact Wendy or Anne Paulsen.
Warm Winter Nights at SAPC: Spring 2014 Many volunteers will be needed to make Warm Winter Nights at St Andrew’s work. There is much planning to be done, with jobs both large and small for members and friends of all ages. We hope and expect that a large percentage of St. Andrew’s will become a part of what will be happening. Stay tuned! Please contact me ASAP if you want to be part of the initial planning team. – Decky Thornton
The Creation of the Universe: With Special Reference to God, Einstein, and the Book of Genesis / Sundays at 11:15am Join us as we look carefully at the two different creation stories in the Book of Genesis and also the modern story of the Big Bang. We will tackle this fascinating question: Did the Creator structure the Universe in a very special way so that life could come forth within the Creation? We will meet to consider this Big Story…there is none bigger! Please consider joining us right after church worship. – John Shumway
